KARACHI: Authorities arrested 114 suspects under section 54 and impounded 192 suspicious vehicles under section 550 of CrPC during the last 24 hours.
This was told to Sindh Police Inspector General A.D.Khawaja in a report, said a police spokesperson in a statement on Friday. He said that the accused were arrested and vehicles were impounded during snap checking by police personnel of East, West and South zones of Karachi.
The spokesperson further said that a total of 1,346 suspicious vehicles including 817 with colour glasses, fancy, sub-standard or without number plates were checked by the police during snap checking in different areas of East, West and South zones.
